Snapes Building Services is run by Gary and son Liam - a father-and-son team delivering new builds, extensions, renovations and property transformations across the West Midlands. Three generations
one standard
Gary has been in the trade since he was 16 — following in the footsteps of his own father, who was also a bricklayer. For more than 20 years he ran his own business, GWS Building Services, building a reputation through quality work and word of mouth.

Liam grew up around the trade and, after exploring a few different paths, made the decision to join Gary full time. Together they've built on those same foundations — growing a wider team and taking on a broader range of projects — bringing it all together under a new name. The name Snapes Building Services may be new, but the experience behind it isn't.

Whether it's Gary, Liam or a trusted member of the team behind them on your job, the principle stays the same: do it properly, or don't do it at all.
